Maintenance
Before requesting maintenance service by means of the online form, please review the following list of suggestions.
No hot water
- Check the pressure in the heating system. Normal pressure should be around 1.5 Bar.
- Check breaker panel/ fuses.
- Is the pilot light of the central heating system on?
- Is there only no hot water in the kitchen? Check if pilot light of the close in-boiler is on.
Heating doesn’t work
- Check the pressure in the heating system. Normal pressure should be around 1.5 Bar.
- Check the thermostat (if display does not show anything, change batteries)
- Check breaker panel/ fuses
- Is the pilot light of the central heating system on?
No power to plugs or switches
- Check breaker panel/fuses. If necessary, reset fuses.
- Remove all plugs from sockets of appliances that are in the faulty group.
- Test one appliance at the time to determine which appliance trips the breaker.
Smoke detector beeps intermittently
- Check and/or replace batteries.
Leaky toilet faucet
- Turn off water fixture under sink or next to toilet and contact maintenance.
Toilet plugged
- Try plunger. If problem persists, contact maintenance.
Sink plugged
- Try plunger and remove hair from drain. If problem persists, contact maintenance.
